Class Description: A 60 minute Baptiste inspired vinyasa flow for all levels. Explore the benefits yoga has to increase the longevity of your body by enhancing your flexibility and staying mentally sharp. It will allow you to continue to excel in the box and in your everyday life. Its calming, challenging, restoring, invigorating and fun.
When: Sundays at 9:30am
Please Bring: A yoga mat, towel, and water
*All CFA members are welcome and encouraged. For those that have 2 times or 3 times a week memberships, this counts as one of your weekly classes. We also welcome visitors/drop-in’s to CFA Yoga at a rate of $10/class. Please note this drop in rate is for our yoga class only!
Meet our CFA Yoga instructor, Meg Fredricks:
Meg Fredricks completed her Yoga Teacher Training Program at Sid Yoga Center in Towson, Maryland and has since been teaching at the Sid Yoga Center. Meg teaches a Baptiste inspired Power Yoga which increases strength, cardiovascular health, balance and flexibility.
Meg found yoga to be a great compliment to running, which she has been doing since her days at Severna Park High School. After completing her third full marathon in October 2011, the running had taken its toll on Meg and her body needed a workout that didn’t include impact on her joints. Since then, Meg has incorporated yoga into her workout routine multiple times a week and has reaped many benefits ever since.
It is with excitement that Meg brings her love and knowledge of Yoga to Crossfit Annapolis!
