Crossfit Annapolis Barbell Club
Our strength class is crazy fun and full of warriors who brave the rain, sun and snow to become better athletes. If you haven’t seen them out doing overheard walking lunges, sled pulls, prowler pushes or lifting a barbell, you are missing out! You never know what you will get. CFA Strength embraces the ‘constantly varied’. You will develop strength and power and be motivated to maintain it. Come learn how to squat, bench press, deadlift, press, flip massive tires and get scary strong in a safe and effective way. Getting stronger will directly translate to performing better in the box and in everyday life.
Our strength classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00pm-6:30pm.
*Please note you must have unlimited membership to participate in the strength program.
