About Our Program:
CFA Endurance classes are a COMPLETELY SEPERATE WOD and aimed at helping athletes realize their true potential within their endurance sport. By using the most efficient and effective training regimen, CFA Endurance will help athletes build power, speed, and strength all of which are essential for an endurance athlete. No experience is needed; any athlete at any level is welcome.

Our Crossfit Annapolis Endurance classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings at 5pm.
CFA Endurance runs seasonally through spring, summer and early fall.
